Inspection and Certification
Signing of the contract
Having signed the contract for inspection, your business/company is regarded as organic company.
Henceforth you are committed to meet the regulations for organic production, import and trading (EC Organic Regulation 834/2007). The conversion period for your fields starts. If any deviations concerning the relevant regulations will be determined during the first inspection, the inspector will set a time limit for correction of each non-conformity. At the end of that term all deviations have to be resolved.
Certificate
You will receive a certificate after the annual inspection. On it will be mentioned either all your products with the actual status or your Processing or trading activities. This certificate confirms that your operation complies with the Council Regulation (EC) 834/2007 for organic production and labeling.
